We're looking for some team members who can help build the launchpad for a range of big-change technology products.
About you
You know how to manage stakeholders, while still keeping the creative vision strong. You’ve made digital products a focus of yours, but you know that delivering a digital product is more than just pretty mockupsit’s the experience that matters. You’re well versed in communicating the user’s needs and expectations and proving (or disproving) your assumptions. You’ve got visual design skills crafting mockups (low and high fidelity) using programs like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Mostly, you’ve got a keen interest and understanding of how people interact with products, and enjoy solving challenges in user experience.
Some dot points about you
- You’re experienced in digital design with 3 years experience in-house or with an agency
- You understand the agile way of working and are no stranger to iterating on your designs
- You are comfortable moving between multiple products
- You’ve done product focused design before (UX, UI)
- You’ve tried user testing before
- You enjoy branding, it’s not necessarily what you’re known for though.
- You have a social purpose lens and look for the greater good in the work you deliver
- You love to learn and you love to share, to help grow others
- You’re comfortable attending and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders
- You can communicate your designs, thoughts and ideas through written and spoken mediums.
- You’re raring to do some great work to add to that portfolio of yours
- You’ve dabbled with some HTML/CSS in your time, and you’re comfortable telling a developer that they’re 8px from the perfect design.
- You’re a good person, who treats people well above all else and is happy to be part of a team that is constantly evolving
Some bonus dot points maybe about you
- You’ve done UX Copywriting for projects before
- You’re comfortable dabbling with Typescript and React.js
- You’ve used project management tools (like Trello or Jira)
- You’ve read Sprint and/or The Lean Product Playbook and you like to geek out about it.
