The Role

Rokt is seeking a Senior Analyst, FPamp;A to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP, FPamp;A, you will supply key stakeholders with the data-driven analysis and insights they need to make rigorous financial and strategic decisions. We’re looking for someone who is recognised by peers for their exceptional financial modelling, and who has the intellectual curiosity to own the outcome of their analysis.


Responsibilities
  • Build, own and update complex financial modelling to help us analyse and forecast the key drivers of our business
  • Prepare timely and accurate reporting to help our Board, Investors and Executive Team make better decisions
  • Identify and articulate financial and operational trends through variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and historicals
  • Support the strategic planning process, working with business leaders to deliver our annual budget and rolling forecasts
  • Partner with key stakeholders to help them execute their strategic priorities
  • Support strategic finance initiatives including capital raises, acquisitions, 409A valuations and ad hoc system and process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in investment banking, corporate finance or similar background, or at a fast-growing technology company
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Commercially-minded and able to draw actionable recommendations from analysis
  • Ability to communicate technical analysis in a thoughtful and engaging manner
  • Skilled at managing multiple workstreams and relationships on tight deadlines
