What you'll be doing
In 2017, Catch launched the Marketplace platform. Marketplace allows our valued Catch customers to discover a huge range of brands, awesome technologies, outdoor products and everything else under the sun. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it on Marketplace.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to work within our Marketplace team to foster relationships with our third-party retailers and help to grow sales in the Electronics amp; Appliances category. You will be responsible for building on and executing a strategic plan that will deliver key business opportunities for the sellers and Catch.
- Analyse traffic and sales data to provide feedback to sellers in order to succeed on the marketplace
- Work with the Account Team Manager and Business Development teams to execute the overall category strategy
- Drive new seller launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the Business Development and Onboarding teams
- Use data and analytics to advise and coach seller on best practice
- Report to executive leadership
- Liaise with Customer Support, Sales and Merchandising teams to assist seller operations
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a retail and/or eCommerce business in either operations, account management or customer service role
- Experience working to sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills)
- A passion for delivering outstanding value to customers
- The ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
