Job Description

MediaMonks is looking for a creative doer to work on a variety of campaigns and content for a global, A-list client. You’ll be part of a team that specializes in crafting social content amp; digital assets, with a focus on scaleable content and designs that can be utilised across a range of platforms.


Role amp; Responsibilities

  • This client-facing role will have you leading and building digital creative best practice for a family of household brands! You will be working closely with the creative director, creators across the global network and other agencies to ensure the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Concepting and creating digital campaigns across a variety of platforms (ideally you are comfortable working in the Adobe Design suite) with a focus on social media, display, rich media, eDM and DOOH
  • Utilising assets or creative supplied by partners as the basis for scalable social and display campaigns
  • Pitching directly to client when necessary
  • Creative ownership of campaigns and overseeing internal design and production teams to ensure what we produce is the perfect fit for our market, client and audience
Requirements
  • Digital design experience, with a specific focus on display and social (bonus: FMCG or international client experience).
  • 2+ years worth of high-level experience working for A-list brands.
  • A sound understanding and demonstrable experience within the Social Media ecosystem.
  • Proven experience creating effective concepts for display ads and social (content) campaigns, using film, animation and imagery.
  • Experience with fast project turnaround times
  • Experience with running the creative parts of a pitch or project independently.
  • Able to produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.
  • Well-versed in data and know about the good, the bad and the ugly of targeting, personalization, programmatic advertising, dynamic content and optimization.
  • Proven ability to tackle the same idea from a wide variety of angles, easily creating concepts for A/B tests.
  • You know how to maintain a positive vibe and can inspire coworkers to go the extra mile, wherever they are in the world.
