About the Role
- Expand your hospitality repertoire to managing the vessel hospitality operations whilst working on-water!

What will you be doing?
Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
- Leading and mentoring the hospitality team to a high-performing standard;
- Exceptional food and beverage delivery;
- Managing the guest experience and addressing any concerns promptly;
- Oversee stock control or consumables on board and daily reconciliations; and
- Vessel housekeeping and cleanliness.
These positions are physically demanding and will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. You will have the unique opportunity to enjoy late starts for the duration of dry season until December 2021 and hopefully join us back in 2022!

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Requirements
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service
- Know your stuff, you have a minimum Certificate III Hospitality certificate, you’ve had extensive food and beverage experience, and been recognised for your leadership capabilities in guest services you see everything thru a guest centric lens
- Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work your smile will say it all
- Show a commitment to our luxury brand
- Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
