What you’ll be doing

We’re growing faster than ever and now are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team to support and embed TA best practice across our Technology portfolio. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the technology business to source and attract the best talent in a competitive market to support our diverse culture and build high-performing teams.

To be successful, you’ll be experienced in managing, prioritising and closing searches against briefs. You’ll thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, be happy to roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

You’ll have extensive knowledge recruiting for technical roles in digital, start-up or e-commerce businesses, specifically across Dev and Product and understand the importance of networking, fostering strong relationships with candidates, and deliver on an amazing candidate experience after all our candidates are also our customers.

You’ll join a dedicated, inclusive, and fun team that are obsessed with delivering on our people strategy. If you enjoy getting creative about finding amazing talent and guiding them through our hiring experience, this is the role for you.

  • You’ll have ownership for all parts of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, this includes driving candidate engagement and pipelining, communicating our employee value proposition and guiding hiring teams.
  • You’ll play a key role in raising awareness of the Catch Technology brand in the market
  • You’ll lead sourcing and headhunting for top talent across our talent markets
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile world and be able to navigate the grey. You’ll enjoy sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market.
  • You'll have the freedom to develop new Talent Acquisition initiatives and deliver these new programs internally. We want you to push the boundaries and help us evolve our TA processes
  • You’ll manage external Agency relationships, negotiate terms and ensure processes are followed
  • You’ll work closely with candidates throughout a process, ensuring they receive the best experience possible, regardless of the outcome
  • You’ll understand that a team is greater than the sum of its parts


The skills required that we’re looking for

  • You’ll bring with you significant experience as a technical recruiter, either inhouse or with a mix of internal and agency.
  • You’ll have worked supporting a Technology business units or within a Tech orgnisation, having networks and subject matter expertise across Dev and Product talent markets
  • Naturally inquisitive; you’ll be able to become an expert in understanding and representing your portfolio. This means you’ll be able to speak to candidates using their language and understanding their needs.
  • You’ll understand the importance spreading the Catch story and take pride in building up effective pipelines
  • You’ll know how to identify what needs to be done first and be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, and are transparent in the way you work
  • You’ll enjoy problem solving and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
  • As a strong communicator, you enjoy dealing with various stakeholders and are open to learning new industries
