Our team is looking for a passionate CTO who will set our technical strategy for continued growth and innovation at Caleb and Brown. You will be driving the business forward and developing the technology vision and roadmap.
Requirements
Your Role:
- Collaborate with leaders across different business functions to align the technical strategy with the business vision
- Expand our in-house technical development capabilities
- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate leaders and other team members about the company's technological vision, opportunities, and challenges
- Identify opportunities and risks for delivering our services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all fintech services
You will have:
- Experience in a leadership role, with a history of delivering high-quality products built for scale and flexibility
- Experience building and leading high performing technical teams
- Experience with Product Development and building the architecture of the product
- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework
- Experience working in a financial institution or a fintech company
- Hands-on React / Javascript experience required
