Unified Communications Consultant

First Focus are seeking a Unified Communications specialist to join our growing team. As consulting and sales professional with experience in telecommunication, you will build relationships with clients, providing high quality advice. You will liaise with different stakeholders, identify potential clients and work with them to deliver solution, generating quality leads to reach and exceed targets.

The Role:

In this role you will:

• Identify and develop opportunities to sell Unified Comms and telephony solutions to business clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, current and past clients and vendors
• Be a source of technical advice and be involved in solution specification and quoting
• Stay up to date with offerings from Tier 1 carriers and telephony technology providers
• Present complex UC solutions to IT Managers and C-Level clients
• Manage your own time to deliver results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrable experience in consulting and sales
• Solid technical understanding of the telecommunications space, particularly Unified Comms
• Significant exposure to leading UC vendors like Mitel, Avaya, Cisco
• To be self motivated, autonomous team player - At First Focus we succeed together
• Dedication coupled with a results focused mindset
• To be a great communicator possessing outstanding spoken and written English skills
• Experience using CRMs
