We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Prestons in South West Sydney. Our Customer Service team is all about being great to deal with and we’re always striving to delight our customers!

In this role you will be responsible for providing both professional telephone customer support and processing orders, whilst building relationships with your key internal stakeholders and assisting the busy sales team. You will become an expert across all our brands and products, but don’t worry if you don’t know the difference between a tap and toilet, full training will be provided to set you up for success!

  • Have a passion for customer service and be known as someone customers enjoy talking to
  • Be helpful and have the mindset that nothing is too much of a problem for you
  • Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers
  • Have a curious mindset and be interested in learning
  • Be comfortable working on a structured way, and have strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Ideally have experience working within a customer contact centre
  • And most importantly, enjoy working in a team environment
