Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Engineer PLUS Consultant to join our Customer Success team. If the title seems strange it is because the right individual performs a far more important role than the alignment and demonstration of software.

In this role you will primarily assist our Customer Success team in aligning the business goals of customers to their Marketplacer technical implementation and onboarding. This individual will take accountability for partner enablement and ongoing technical support. Ideal candidates have knowledge of the Commerce technical space.

  • Deliver hands-on implementation services of the Marketplacer Platform to ensure smooth on boarding, faster adoption, increased footprint, etc.
  • Work with customers to directly help them overcome obstacles that may be inhibiting desired outcomes throughout their customer lifecycle
  • Work in concert with Customer Success, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Marketplacer Partners to ensure customers are set for long-term success
  • Share field insights with your peers in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Provide feedback on how to bring more valuable functionality to the product based on customer reactions and your hands-on experiences.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and a conduit to the product team for new features and product input.
  • Ensure customers are SUCCESSFUL and DELIGHTED with Marketplacer products and services, not merely satisfied

Traits we are seeking:

  • Strong history of solution engineering (min 4 years) in a Commerce-related software company
  • Technical knowledge of API, GraphQL and other integration scenarios
  • An understanding of a Commerce technical architecture (full stack and headless)
