About the Opportunity
This role will support Banxa's financial health and business strategy through focusing on financial planning amp; analysis. The position will be reporting directly to the CFO and the successful candidate will be working alongside a strong finance team.
This role is a full-time role and will be based in our Melbourne HQ.
About You:
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly management reporting with value-added analysis
- Completing group annual budgets and frequent forecasts
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing the cause of variances
- Developing financial models and analyzing them to support strategic initiatives
- Analyzing large, complex data sets and highlight key business insights to business partners
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
- Ad-hoc business performance analysis and reporting
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- CA or CPA professional qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Word (proficient)

- A proactive attitude, inquisitive nature, always asking How can we do this better.
- A hands-on can-do mindset, seeing challenges as opportunities that can be overcome as a team
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex information in a concise/meaningful manner to drive an outcome
- Attention to detail alongside with result orientation
