About the role
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Specialist Print Management to join our team. Our Technical Specialist is required to be knowledgeable in a range of software products that have the potential to meet business needs as well as enabling Konica Minolta to deliver efficient integration of solutions into our customers' network environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Defining scope and requirements, isolating key issues, reviewing possible solutions and presenting recommendations to our Clients senior stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
- Being the technical lead in solution implementations, including installation, configuration and training.
- Help responded to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects amp; customers.
- Research competing products and understand how our solution is unique.
- Stay abreast of current IT technology trends to provide the best solutions for our customers.
- Create customized product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
Knowledge, Experience amp; Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience within the IT industry.
- Candidate must be a quick learner with outstanding presentation skills and experience in delivering complex technical and sales-oriented presentations.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, prior quality assurance or technical support experience.
- Should be passionate about coaching and developing product expertise internally and externally.
- Travel (Interstate) as needed to deliver product expertise and solutions
- Understanding of Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure (direct experience highly regarded)
- Experience with Microsoft Technologies within the enterprise space. (Windows Server, Exchange, MSSQL, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding with MacOS X in the enterprise space (direct experience highly regarded).
- Knowledge of core networking including load balancing
- Knowledge of Web Technologies
- Experience in the design and implement of solutions using YSoft and/or PaperCut (or other print Management solutions) products is highly regarded. Related product experience will also be considered.
