Job Description

Requirements

• Managing a number of client projects simultaneously
• Managing client relationships and expectations
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into briefs for your team members
• Prioritise and plan tasks for individual team members to deliver
• Actively keep track of work in progress, as well as budgets and timelines for projects that you are responsible for
• Working with developers and designers on feedback and changes based on internal/client expectations
• Providing proactive suggestions to improve our internal processes

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge with HTML and CSS
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working with online content management systems
• Experience with the Shopify platform (preferred but not necessary)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not necessary)
• Worked with an agency previously
• Ability to rapidly learn and comfortably use applications such as content management systems (Shopify, WordPress) and project management tools (Slack, Asana)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and language skills
• A keen eye for detail and ability to be organised with strong time-management
• A passion for collaboration and sharing of ideas, while also being comfortable to work autonomously

Note this role is currently based remotely, ideally you are based in Sydney or Newcastle so you can attend regular meet ups.
