Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a hunter mentality and thoroughly enjoys networking (even remotely). Your motive is to drive new business and build professional relationships, while collaborating with your immediate team to ensure the best outcomes for the business. Your passion for digital marketing is second to none and you are comfortable using a variety of platforms to excel as a sales expert.

Requirements

  • Identify and acquire new customers, by targeting prospects via the phone, email, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations (over video conference) that demonstrate knowledge of the latest e-commerce growth approaches.
  • Promote the sale of our services and ensure the optimal solution for the client.
  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, partner relationships and organizational affiliations.
  • Develop and expand our sales territory throughout Australia and the US markets.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies to exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare sales and activity reports.
  • Participate in and represent the Growth Gurus at industry events.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset of being a self-motivated, independent worker with a self-starter approach.
  • Get stuck into it from day one with a fearless attitude.


Ideally you have experience selling some or all of:

  • Social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Google and Youtube advertising
  • Email and SMS marketing automation
  • Influencer marketing
  • Strategy and CRO services
  • Creative services (design, video, editing, landing pages)


Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Sales experience in KPI driven environment
  • Proven track record working in agency side, selling digital media channels to medium sized businesses
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to confidently speak with clients over the phone, via email and across social media platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Note this role is currently based remotely, ideally you are based in Sydney or Newcastle so you can attend regular meet ups.
