About the roleWe are looking for a brand Campaign Manager who can plan and manage large-scale integrated creative projects and global advertising campaigns. As our Campaign Manager, you will forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing and business goals and aligns with our Season Campaign Calendar. You will manage fully integrated campaigns, leveraging all disciplines including advertising, direct marketing and digital, by collaborating with cross-functional counterparts to deliver world-class creative. You will partner with external creative agency partners to help scale our creative efforts and will liaise with local market experts to ensure our work resonates with local audiences.
You will be part of the Brand Marketing team and work in partnership with Marketing Creative team, the Product and Channel teams, Brand Strategy, Creative Leads and the Operations team to execute against the seasonal Marketing priorities.

Our internal clients include the Creative Team, Product Marketing, Performance and Brand Marketing as well as internal business teams such as our Leadership, Community, Recruitment amp; Vibe teams. We are responsible for championing a consistent and human brand, and evolving it over time as we learn, grow and pursue excellence in branding. We scale through our external agency and production partners and collaborate with cross functional creative teams such as Product and Sales.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Campaign Management:
  • Shepherd campaign briefs from ideation phases through to delivery
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and feedback
  • Liaise with account managers for agencies on large-scale campaign work
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
  • Coordinate resources across multiple projects
  • Identify, anticipate and communicate any risk to project completion, scope or success.

  • Planning:
  • Assist in the execution of all campaigns in the seasonal global marketing calendar
  • Work with traffic managers, agencies and channel owners to plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects
  • Consistently seek out ways to add value to drive optimisations in the campaign process

  • Partnerships:
  • Create strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across creative, social and product.
  • Collaborate with Insights/Analytics and research teams to track and drive efficient and effective measurement and monitoring of campaign performance.
