Program Manager - Seller Onboarding

Here at Catch we are embarking on an exciting period of growth, as our business grows so does our team, we are seeking a Program Manager Seller Onboarding to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Reporting to the Head of Marketplace, this role will spearhead all seller onboarding activities including ownership of onboarding operations, management of onboarding teams and metrics and serve as key liaison for Catch Marketplace Seller Onboarding. The Program Manager Marketplace Onboarding will ensure that each seller is setup to guarantee their success and best customer experience on catch.com.au
What does a normal day in the life of a Program Manager Seller Onboardingat Catch look like?
Well no two days at Catch are alike, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:
- Setting, building, implementing, and refining operational processes in the onboarding portfolio.
- Gather requirements and build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.
- Ensure suppliers are setup on the website within existing SLA
- Manage Enterprise business onboarding
- Drive decision making, overarching business process improvement, resource management and building strong cross functional relationships.
- Improve current process to optimise current onboarding throughput and speed to onboard.
- Troubleshoot basic bugs on the platform
- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics.
- Mentor onboarding specialists and build a high-quality team.
- Train team on uploads and systems and new processes/ software.
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) within Online Onboarding space.
Requirements
- Knowledge of data transfer and FTP, HTTPS
- Knowledge of API setup
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Mirakl and Slack (desired)
- Team/People Leadership Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
- Stakeholder Management skills Drive outcomes through positively influencing change.
- Effective Communicator
- Make Decisions - Use data to determine opportunities and risks and make clear timely decisions in the best interests of customers and Catch.
- Lateral thinker with passion for process improvement
- Results-orientated and tough minded.
- Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Excellent people management skills.
