About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join our Local Government business unit in NSW location. Reporting to Consultancy Manager you would be responsible for supporting our Asset Edge mobility products and assisting our clients with professional services. As a Consultant, you will work closely with our existing local and state government on various specific such as expanding growth of our product, customer engagement, training customers on our products and driving continues improvement. This role will see you developing relationships with customer to help them identify appropriate solutions to the challenges they face.

Responsibilities

  • Regular Customer engagement with allocated customers both remotely and onsite (NSW territory)
  • Implementing software to align with our customers business process requirements
  • Deliver Professional Consulting Services including training, support and resolution of requests.
  • Work closely with the Consultant manager and other Solutions Consultants to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Providing L1 desktop support on a rotation basis to our customer base
  • Assist continuous improvement of our products through testing and co-design sessions

About you

We are looking for a customer centric and experienced relationships with the local government space as well as proven experience delivering professional service. You will also demonstrate:

  • Delivering high impact presentations and demonstrations to help customers clearly understand software usage, benefits and impacts.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of technology and IT topics
  • Local Government and Council knowledge an advantage
  • Background in Consulting or System Support role
