About the Role
An exciting opportunity for hardworking, ambitious and dedicated graduate/experienced software developers to excel in their careers in the software development domain. Civica is offering you a platform to support its legacy system and health insurance applications by getting involved in the backend development, application support, and dealing with the constant changes to meet the client's expectations.
Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for understanding and resolving the project/ application complexity and meeting the project deadlines. Along with an expertise in ASP.net and SQL development, you will get exposure to C#, 4 GL, and Informix while working on projects associated with the Health Business unit to upskill yourself.

Responsibilities
This individual would be responsible for:
- Understanding the business requirement and providing the right solution
- Maintain legacy applications (training will be provided)
- Working with SQL base as the main technology
- Supporting Health Solution team by resolving customer queries and overcoming the challenges
About You
We are looking for a result oriented Service Desk Analyst with excellent customer engagement skills and willingness to learn.
You will also have:
- Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Logical Thinking
- Can do attitude Who can take more challenges and resolve the project complexities
- Experience in C#, SQL , ASP.net and UI
- Experience in JIRA or Confluence (Good to have)
- Relevant Degree in IT / IT background
- Experience in Software development
- Excellent communication skills to manage and build strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to meet the project goal.
- Independent self-starter who works well as part of a team.
