About the role

The Program Delivery Manager is a key contributor within the Professional Service Team, accountable for the resourcing, planning, delivery and reporting of software solution installations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professional service technical consultants to confirm to best practices in the consulting and delivery of software solutions
  • Lead multiple technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, development, and implementation
  • Responsible for overall delivery of the project launch, deadlines, results, and overall performance with various client’s across multiple projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with direct and indirect stakeholders
  • Support development of strategies to continue and / or strengthens the business with the customer to meet customer expectations and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Mitigate project risks while resolving any issues or conflicts that arise to ensure deadlines are met
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, career development, training plans and professional development opportunities for direct reports, as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Qualification bachelor’s degree/relevant fields such as Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience, especially demonstrated experience at leading and driving a diverse (and virtual) team of professionals
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and monitoring a team of professionals
  • Experience in complex Project Delivery
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, but implement tactically
  • Experience with Technical Documentation for solution delivery
