Job Description

Collaborate with our growing BlueRock Health teams supporting and developing our awesome bookkeeping professionals. This newly created permanent opportunity reports to our Director of Bookkeeping. We’re a rapidly growing team on the look-out for Melbourne's best talent to join us through this exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for leading and growing a team amp; client base, alongside the Director
  • Executing the business strategy for your individual team
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure all business operations for the division are managed effectively
  • Take ownership and responsibility for people management duties for your team and division, including but not limited to recruitment amp; talent management, performance management, employee engagement and training and development;
  • Provide internal training and development, and minimize compliance risk

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role managing multiple clients
  • Experieince developing and mentoring staff
  • Excellent Xero skills
  • Great Word amp; Excel skills
