About the role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated Lead Developer to join Nura’s Digital Experience team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of our website, app, internal tools and cloud infrastructure. You’ll be working with modern technologies such as CloudFlare Workers, AWS Lambda and Flutter to create world-class solutions to a wide range of challenging problems. This role is within a small (but growing) team of passionate developers, delivering meaningful change to customers and the organisation from day one. In this role you’ll also enjoy a lot of variety from leadership and mentorship of the mid-level and junior developers to working across the tech stack. The right person for this role will take ownership of the full tech stack and have big ideas about scalability
Requirements:
