Business Development Manager

A rare and exciting opportunity has come available for a Business Development Manager to join the team at Place New Farm, reporting to the Director of Property Management for Place.

Your primary responsibilities are to grow the portfolio based on your prospecting and new business development plan, through to your presentation efforts to potential and pipeline clients. The full time position will be based out of our New Farm office, located in James Street, the heart or Brisbane's most desirable lifestyle precincts.

About the Role

• Actively prospecting yourself and Place for new business;
• Liaison with our advertising department to launch your listings;
• Processing property enquiry in all facets via phone, email and face-to-face;
• Opening property for public inspection and attending private inspections as required;
• Prepare the successful tenants until handover to the property manager.

Requirements

• Hold a current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence;
• At least 12 months experience as a Business Development Manager;
• First class presentation and communication;
• Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills;
• Driven to achieve results in supporting the growth of the rent roll;
• An ability to thrive while working under pressure.
