About us

Welcome to Aginic, we're a start-up consultancy making a difference for our clients through our focus on elegant data solutions and adaptive delivery methods.

The purpose of this role is to provide business development support for our two Sydney and Melbourne Directors. This role will play a key role in helping to accelerate the growth in our southern state priority markets. This position will also provide general support with proposals and tenders across the wider Aginic business.

The role

Whilst no two days will be the same, a typical day may look like this:


  • Setting up BD meetings with clients (new clients, follow-up meetings with existing clients etc.)
  • Building strong relationships with EAs/executive gatekeepers at key clients
  • Proactive diary management support - helping the Directors to realise their BD goals by getting ahead of the curve
  • Setting up regular, proactive meetings with key partner representatives
  • Developing ‘pitch decks’ and statements of work, proposals and tenders
  • Push, influence and contribute to other BD initiatives - e.g. blog posts and other content
  • Organise showcase BD events in Sydney and Melbourne
  • Coordinate and attend conferences

  • Great communication and influencing skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients
  • Exceptional written communication skills - fantastic at taking verbal instructions and ideas and then turning them into great pitch decks/ proposals / statements of work


There will also be a requirement for some interstate travel as required.
