Job Description

Rentokil Initial now has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting amp; Compliance Manager to drive reporting excellence in the business. In this role, you will bring a data-driven and customer-centric perspective to reporting in the business and be responsible for internal and external audit compliance. You will work closely with the business to ensure clean and reliable information is reported on time in full to drive performance management in the business. The role will help drive audit compliance, both internal and external and will require close engagement and liaison with Group stakeholders.

The role reports to the Financial Controller - Pacific.


Key responsibilities include:

  • External Audit - liaising with external auditors to drive the annual audit review for the countries
  • Internal Audit - liaising with internal auditors to drive the annual audit review for the countries
  • KFC reviews - including monthly exception reporting - eg Purchase Order compliance
  • Ad Hoc compliance reporting - eg IRQ, NAV , Authority Matrix, Finance Policies
  • Drive the UK Sox compliance programme for the Pacific business ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and aware of their responsibilities under this new initiative
  • Responsible for consolidating the reporting function for the Pacific including BPR / MPR coordination, branch dashboard reporting, coordination of AOP process, Group reporting as well as other reporting such as admin amp; overheads, overtime etc
  • Process improvement through reviewing and evaluating opportunities to improve the reporting and analytical processes
  • Reporting and Analysis: e.g. reviewing accuracy of reports before being shared with shareholders, deriving valuable insights from data analysis to support key decision makers and Compilation and co-ordination of packs for Business Managers, ELT AU and ELT including reporting to Group

To be successful in this role, you will need a highly collaborative approach with strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in solving business problems.

  • A minimum of 5 years Accounting amp; finance experience (essential)
  • Business Partnering experience (essential)
  • Management reporting and consolidation
  • Exposure to preparation of management packs (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • A high level of intelligence and creativity in problem-solving
  • Shows initiative and is proactive
  • Strong organisational skills and deadline oriented
