We’re reshaping pet food an antiquated industry, and we're looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Analyst to join us in our mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our organisation’s decision-making with high quality data and insights. As a data-driven problem-solver, you will manage data sources, run analytics, and generate and communicate the insights that will support the optimisation of our marketing campaigns, and enable better customer experiences.

As a well-funded and ambitious start-up with incredibly high growth potential you will have the chance to work directly with the founders and become one of the key members of the Lyka team at an early and exciting stage in the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning the end-to-end marketing analytics with the aim to enhance our performance assessment and optimise our decision-making, including brand awareness, social media engagement, email campaigns, website traffic and conversion rates, channel attribution, customer lifetime value, cohort analysis, etc.
• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our standard reporting dashboards for campaigns and marketing funnel
• Running ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making, optimisation initiatives, or any other requirements that might emerge
• Developing hypothesis for optimisation opportunities (e.g. website UX/UI, email campaign, etc.), testing them through A/B and multi-variate tests or other, and providing recommendations
• Owning and managing our BI solution (Tableau or PowerBI) with the relevant updates, data quality and maintenance, etc.
• Recommending improvement to our analytical capabilities, including tools amp; systems, but also proposing the capture of additional data points, etc.
• Supporting market and competitive research (e.g. benchmarking), and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives (e.g. design email flow optimisation solutions)

Requirements

• Data-driven problem solver with strong quantitative and analytical background (at least 2y working experience in relevant role)
• Experience using BI tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred) to manipulate databases, run analytics, visualise insights, and create and automate management level reporting
• Preferred experience/ expertise with
  • Google Analytics or another web analytics tools
  • Analysis of digital marketing activity (e.g. Facebook Ads)
  • SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Attribution modelling
  • Tag Management and third-party web pixels
  • A/B MVT testing tools such as Google Website Optimizer
  • Databases and SQL language
• Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of Powerpoint
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline

• Comfortable with changing priorities and direction as the business requires and evolves. Our growth means there are constantly new things to work on every day. As such it’s likely that you’ll often be working across the board on new and exciting projects.
