How you drive success:

  • Active participation leading up the event, day of, post-event debrief
  • Point person for the event
  • Set up a demo site for pre-event rehearsal
  • Actively support positive client relationships, providing continuous support pre, during, and post the event
  • Problem-solving with internal and external teams on the event day

Requirements

You are/have:

  • Prior project management experience
  • Prior work with Monday.com or other project management tools
  • Digital, SaaS, Tech industry experience in hyper-growth mode
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoom, Webex, and other video communications platforms
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and think outside the box
  • 'EQ'' skills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to want to work with you
  • A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
  • Excellent internal and client-facing communications skills
  • Work well under pressure and can juggle multiple clients / projects at the same time
