We currently have openings for a Senior Customer Relations Manager. In this position located in our Sydney office in Macquarie Park you will join a small, energetic, and rapidly growing team. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.
The successful applicant will work closely with OSI’s global Customer Relations Group and local delivery teams in order to maintain and cultivate strong and trusting relationships with customers within the Australia and New Zealand region.
In this role you will work primarily with existing customers to ensure solutions are devised, structured, proposed and contracted to meet customer needs, and to increase penetration of OSI products and services. Your engineering background will be of assistance in ensuring you have a deep understanding of energy utility customer needs, and are well equipped to facilitate effective solutions.
