Casual Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse Opportunities - St Albans Location

Fronditha Care is a longstanding Aged Care Provider committed to delivering services to Australian elders of a Cultural and Linguistic background. An opportunity has arisen for experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurse (EN)s to join the Fronditha Care team, based at the St Albans site, on a casual basis.

Some of the responsibilities of a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse include:

• Assess and manage clinical care needs.
• Manage the administration of medication.
• Supervise personal care staff.
• Ensure a home like environment.
• Report daily to the Manager Residential Care.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for Accreditation, ACFI and Policy amp; Procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have the following requirements:

• RN - Registered Nurse, holding a current unconditional registration with AHPRA
• EN - Enrolled Nurse, holding a current unconditional registration with AHPRA
• Demonstrated knowledge and minimum 2 years nursing experience in the provision on Aged Care.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• A commitment to deliver quality to the care recipient.
• A team-oriented approach, empathy and problem solving skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal history check.
