Provide efficient, flexible and responsive administrative support to the Me Well Senior Leadership Team and Team Leaders.
About the role
The Organisation Support Officer is responsible for providing efficient, flexible and responsive administrative and project support, including managing meeting agendas and actions on Microsoft Teams, booking travel, organising events and ordering stationary.
The role will also be responsible for organisational communications in line with the recently developed Staff Engagement Framework and maintaining the organisation’s social media presence.
This role requires an individual who can adapt and flexibly respond to rapid change. This position will suit a results oriented and consultative individual, with strong initiative, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively within a fast paced, matrix management environment with minimal direction.
