- Make a difference transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for our Life Sciences customers
- Participate in business process discovery workshops
- Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
- Plan, manage and perform application build, test, and deployment activities
- Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications
Requirements
- 4+ years working experience
- Experience in CRM or ERP business applications (i.e. Veeva, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) OR have direct life science industry experience having worked or consulted in CRM system implementation to commercial and medical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a field of Business/Management, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences or other similar fields or commensurate work experience is preferred
- Proficient English skills both verbal and written
- Candidate must be based in Australia and have the legal right to work
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications
- Salesforce.com experiences/Certifications
- SaaS/Cloud implementation and consulting experience, particularly Salesforce
- Understanding of life sciences commercial and medical business practices
