Veeva’s APAC Commercial Services team is the trusted advisor to our Pharmaceutical customers in the region. As we grow, we need an experienced SaaS consultant to lead projects implementing our innovative products.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have opportunities to take ownership and help drive the growth of our business. You will leverage your Cloud implementation experience to deliver the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite. You will analyse complex problems, provide advice, and architect SaaS solutions that span CRM, content management, and data, at the forefront of digital and commercial innovation.
The ideal candidate is in Sydney or Melbourne, has Cloud system implementation experience, a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope. What You'll Do
- Make a difference transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for our Life Sciences customers
- Serve as the product expert, representing all aspects of our product technology to customers and partners
- Lead business process discovery workshops
- Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
- Plan, manage and perform application build, test and deployment activities
- Identify and monitor interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
- Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications and technical design
- Be a primary Client contact for project questions, build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely
- Support and mentor Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities
Requirements
- Consulting experience, ideally in technology company (5 years minimum)
- Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must be based in Sydney or Melbourne and have the legal right to work in Australia
Nice to Have
- Salesforce.com CRM implementation experience
- Experience with Veeva’s commercial suite of products (Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats)
- Experience working in the life sciences industry is preferred
