We've achieved amazing things and had incredible growth to date, but we're only starting. We are now searching for an outstanding Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us take Blys to the next level as we continue to build out the platform and expand.

With alumni from Freelancer, Canva, Booking.com and The Iconic, you’ll be surrounded by a driven and experienced team of product, marketing and engineering talent, and help execute an ambitious roadmap and growth targets.

About the role
  • Build an effective growth strategy to scale performance across a mix of digital channels including paid social, paid search, organic, marketing automation, product and mobile app.
  • Design and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, conversion, retention and lifetime value of Blys customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust testing framework across new and existing channels (owned, earned and paid) to improve conversion rate, retention rate, CAC and LTV.
  • Define, drive, and measure KPIs for all initiatives across the full funnel.
  • Develop and manage the growth budget and resources to achieve targeted growth metrics, and report progress at a board level.
  • Create an environment and culture that fosters high quality, metrics-driven experimentation and leads to impactful and sustainable improvements.
  • Partner effectively with internal teams (cross-functionally as a partner to Senior Management, Product, CX, and the Creative teams), as well as external agencies, freelancers and other partners to drive ongoing growth and retention within our primary target audiences, use cases and occasions.
  • Build, lead and grow a tight-nit and driven growth team.


About you
  • You have led growth strategies of a D2C brand.
  • You have been directly responsible for sustained high-growth outcomes in a growth lead position at a tech / ecommerce startup, preferably in the wellness space.
  • You have successfully built a high performing growth team from ground-up.
  • You love to immerse yourself in data, research and consumer insight to identify and drive commercial opportunities across product, creatives and marketing.
  • You are data-driven, result-oriented and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get your hands dirty.
  • You back every idea, decision and hypothesis up with data.
  • You are experimental and curious but you don’t chase shiny objects or the coolest or latest tools. Instead, you focus on solving users' problems and tackle business opportunities using the right tools.
  • You have strong judgement, forming a clear strategy based on relevant insights and data.
  • You’re accountable, having shown accountability on goals and targets you’ve owned in the past.
  • You know when to implement a smart process and scalable framework and when to be scrappy to achieve quick wins.
  • You are a big believer of the test-and-learn mindset, seeking improvements through rapid, continuous iterations.
  • Last but never the least, you are passionate about wellness and technology. You want to make a difference and a positive impact in the lives of millions.


More about you
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus on growth marketing.
  • Owned growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth KPIs.
  • Digital marketing experience across paid search, social media advertising, SEO, mobile app and mark
