A rare opportunity is available for a Senior Property/Client Relationship Manager to join the award-winning team at Place Bulimba. This position is all about providing exceptional property management service and communication to our Landlords and Tenants throughout the conduct of the role. We are committed to achieving consistent results for our clients, and the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of competency, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Managing your own property portfolio and client relationships driving value in all interactions;
  • Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals;
  • Periodically conducting routine inspections;
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital to secure a shortlisting for this exceptional opportunity and to ultimately flourish in the position:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager;
  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License;
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential;
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
  • A want to be an integral part of this fast-paced environment.
