ACFS Port Logistics, one of Australia's largest port logistics organizations, currently requires a Nightshift Heavy Reach Stacker operator to work out of our West Melbourne facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods from trucks using correct handling methods and following procedural processes.
• Ensure customer (internal and external) service time frames and service levels are being met
• Perform routine pre- start inspections on Reach Stacker and equipment and refer any defects or needed repairs to the Nightshift Depot Manager or his/her delegate
• Follow the correct safety procedures
• Abide by site rules including Reach Stacker speed limits and safe operating procedures
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately as directed by the Depot Manager's.
  
  

To be successful in this role we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Rail experience preferred highly regarded but not essential.
• You must have a current 'RS' Reach Stacker Licence
• Minimum of 2 years continuous Reach Stacker preferred
• A high commitment to your own safety and the health and safety of others
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to work in close communication with Depot Management and Operations Staff
