ACFS Port Logistics is an established and progressive growing national transport and logistics company based in Port Botany. We are looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn a variety of different tasks with an industry leader in transport and warehousing logistics.

• Monday to Friday
• Exciting Full time position
• Hourly rate plus ample overtime and allowances

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A relevant trade qualification
• A HR, HC and Forklift licence would be advantageous
• High Level of Technical ability and knowledge
• Be able to diagnose and rectify mechanical problems efficiently and cost effectively
• Experience in fleet work-running repairs
• Work well in a team environment
• Be trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in their work
• Electrical experience
• Good communication skills

About the position:

• Workshop hours of operation are 5:00am to 7:00pm, flexibility to work within these hours.
• Full-time permanent
• Hourly rate plus overtime and allowances, some weekends may be required
