ACFS Port Logistics is an Australia privately owned company that has established itself in all major seaboard ports of Australia. We now have a vacancy for an experienced and trade qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic to work from our Port of Brisbane based workshop.

• Breakdown roster 1 week on-call every 3 weeks
• Great full-time permanent position
• Hourly rate plus overtime
  
  

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A relevant trade qualification
• A HR, HC, MC and forklift licence would be advantageous
• High level of technical ability and knowledge
• Be able to diagnose and rectify mechanical problems efficiently and cost effectively
• Experience in fleet work-running repairs
• Work well in a team environment
• Be trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in their work
• Electrical experience
• Good communication skills.
  
  

This position covers

• Full-time permanent
• Hourly rate plus overtime, some weekends may be required
