One of our clients is looking for an experienced service desk engineer with a great customer service mindset to immediately join their Sydney CBD based team. You will have least 2 years of experience as a service desk engineer, supporting a wide range of technologies and users remotely, and are comfortable providing face to face support. You enjoy working in a collaborative team where ideas and knowledge are shared to achieve the best possible outcomes. In this role, you will also be given the opportunity to assist in project work, because you have an eye for coordination, able to build great working relationship and have the ability to work independently.
You are well-organised, reliable and technically adept. This will enable you to hit the ground running in a short period of time. You enjoy solving technical issues and thrive in a positive workplace where you have the opportunity to keep learning and improving your technical as well as inter-personal skills. Your day to day will cover 60% service desk support, 30% assisting with project tasks and 10% face to face support.
Due to time constraints, only Sydney residents with local experience will be considered.
