Who are we?
The Missing Link has been providing IT services to Sydney businesses for the last 20 years but this year everything is about to change. We are still offering IT services, but we want to expand to help out more companies and shake up the way we offer our services.
In this exciting role, we are looking for a team member to join our exciting Solutions team. Partnering with our project leaders and working closely with our Sales executives and the support team, this person will play a pivotal role in delivering projects and value to our clients.

Requirements
- Be part of the project team and delivery exciting IT projects
- Effective communicator, ability to facilitate client workshops and project kick-offs
- Collaborate with the project leadership and internal stakeholders to drive new business/ improvements
- Determination to see all tasks through to the end and ensure the project is delivered successfully
- Take responsibilities of the project implementation task and ensure the work is completed within the agreed project baselines (Cost, Schedule, and Quality)
- Ensure client satisfactions are achieved at the end of the project
- Work closely with Sales Team and contribute to converting opportunities into projects
Required Skills
- 3 Years + experience in IT implementation
- Domain experience in designing and/or deployment of:
- M365
- SharePoint
- Cloud
- O365 / Exchange
- VMWare Product
- Azure/AWS Platform
- Infrastructure (Cloud/OnPrem)
- Windows Server
- Backup Systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial acumen and responsibilities
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Experience in pre-sales activities
- Citrix VCAD/ADC
- RDS
- Relevant bachelor’s degree level qualification
- Microsoft certifications
- Vendor Certifications
- Knowledge in Networking/SQL/Scripting
- Experience in Veeam Backup solutions
