Our Sydney restaurants are expanding! And we are looking for awesome Restaurant Managers to lead the teams!
Requirements
Experience At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Hospitality Management role
Location Must have full working rights in Australia and be available to work in our Sydney restaurants!
The Job:
- Kitchen organisation and planning with your Kitchen Manager
- Planning and organising events
- Leading from the front, running top notch shifts with ultimate Guest experience
- Recruiting, training and building your own team of superstars
- Projecting sales, writing rosters and overseeing it all!
- COGs management, including purchasing, pricing according to budget, maintaining stock levels and financial transactions
- Managing performance through performance reviews, feedback and coaching
- All other operations of the restaurant including food safety, OHamp;S, maintenance and more
