THE JOB
Our Front of House Team Leaders run the service at their Fonda restaurant. They make timely decisions and learn on the fly while leading Fondarians across all functions of the restaurant. Team Leaders create an environment where people come together to genuinely connect. They treat guests as if they were guests in their own home.

This is a hands-on 30-35 hour role. We want someone who’s hungry to learn and grow. Hard work and ability will be rewarded as our group continues to expand.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the day to day operations of the business including opening and closing the restaurant.
Control the guest experience during shift, from setting up the ambience to responding to guest feedback - you’ll be in total control of the vibe of the restaurant and the experience of your guests.
Driving the sales, guest experience, COGS, labour goals for your restaurant whilst leading shift.

Customer service is in your blood and you are a natural people leader with experience working in fast-paced environments. You could be from hospitality, retail, airlines or any kind of job that makes think outside the box!
