Our Kitchen Leaders are a key ingredient in welcoming guests to this Fonda ‘Casa’. They assist our kitchen team to prepare delicious Mexican food in a fast paced, clean environment.
Whether you are looking for a career in the kitchen, or simply to make some cash around study, our Bondi restaurant is looking for keen, enthusiastic people right now!
Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role will be highly regarded

THE JOB:
- Preparation of menu items to ensure our Guest Experience is the best it can be
- Stock rotation and food safety
- Kitchen Cleanliness
- Available for 30-35 hours per week
We want someone who’s hungry to learn and grow. Hard work and ability will be rewarded as our group continues to expand.
Requirements
If you:
- possess the legal right to work in Australia,
- have availability to start tomorrow
- can work on weekends, late nights, and all the public holidays during this crazy festive season
