Our Managers are the heart and soul of their Fonda ‘Casa’. They oversee all aspects of restaurant operations whilst leading and inspiring their teams to deliver amazing guest experiences.
Our Melbourne restaurants are looking for awesome Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead their teams!
The Job:
- Leading from the front, running top notch shifts with ultimate Guest experience
- Kitchen organisation and planning with your Kitchen Manager
- Planning and organising events
- Recruiting, training and building your own team of superstars
- Projecting sales, writing rosters and overseeing it all!
- COGs management, including purchasing, pricing according to budget, maintaining stock levels and financial transactions
- Managing performance through performance reviews, feedback and coaching
- All other operations of the restaurant including food safety, OHamp;S, maintenance and more
Requirements
Experience At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Hospitality Management role
Location Must have full working rights in Australia and be available to work across our Melbourne locations
