JANUS et Cie currently has an opportunity for a Residential Sales Specialist to be based out of Sydney. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and deliver presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector
- Sell within the residential market sector
- Generate solutions and quotes for clients
- Create and close sales
- Prospect new accounts
- Manage current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction
- Handle day-to-day customer care together with backup team members
- Meet sales goals
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury furniture industry
- Polished appearance and professional presentation skills
- Hunter type mentality with a successful track record of meeting sales goals
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet sales goals
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
