We are looking for our new Customer Success Manager to join our amazing team in Sydney!
About the team:
The customer is at the heart of Aircall and so is our Customer Success team!
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills and sales background that is looking to help customers succeed. You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing customer base to ensure they help their businesses grow with Aircall locally!
**This position is based in Sydney, starting in March 2021 **It requires full working rights as we are not able to sponsor for now.Your mission @ Aircall
  • Take an active part in creating our first ANZ local customer experience
  • Oversee and take responsibility for a Small amp; Medium Businesses portfolio in which you will have to detect cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and make your accounts grow
  • Ensure customer growth, adoption, satisfaction and retention
  • Be proactive by developing a commercially focus relationship while taking into account customers' needs
  • Maximise your portfolio’s growth opportunities and mitigate its risks
  • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
  • Develop new ways to increase customer satisfaction and organise product feedback
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, best practices and tools
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers
A little more about you:
  • 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success or in Account management is required
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company and with SMBs will be highly regarded
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
