About the role:
We are seeking a gifted and talentedOutbound Sales Development Representativewho will be one of and among our first local sales people in the ANZ region.Your role will be to contribute to our company’s growth objectives by engaging inbound and outbound prospects, along with an Account Executive that is in charge of the closing.
You will be based in Sydney, Australia from January 2021 Your mission @ Aircall:
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to raise curiosity and interest, and hunt business opportunities
  • Identify relevant sales targets and gather key lead information across the market: verticals, customer segments, current solutions, etc.
  • Understand Aircall’s business value and product vision. Understand our customer profiles and their specific challenges and needs.
  • Understand the business and the buying cycle of leads
  • Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends
  • Represent Aircall towards the ANZ market with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to the Sales Director.
A little more about you:
  • Native English speaker
  • 1 year or more experience in sales, ideally at a SaaS company
  • Fantastic communication skills, with affinity for live contacts (phone/email)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
  • Rigor and organizational skills (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial spirit; you’ll be among the first local ANZ presence for Aircall
  • Up for an ambitious challenge, the opportunity for Aircall in ANZ is huge!
