About The Role
An initial six-month contract for Database Developer who possess prior experience working with various SQL. You will report directly to the Data Team Leader where you will be a key part of the projects team. As we continue to go through exciting growth and change, we require a flexible and strong developer to support this. You will have strong data migration and manipulation experience alongside excellent communication skills as you assess, develop, migrate data. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in Civica’s largest contract amp; be part of a team making a huge impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and unit test database programs according to provided specification
- Correct defects related to database objects that are reported through QA and customer support channels
- Provide data scripts to expedite roll out of new modules/areas of the system
- Enhancing design of application for better maintainability and software reuse and develop updates to the existing structures.
- Participate in architecting solutions for new functionality
About You
We are looking for someone who has strong understanding of SQL database amp; commitment to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:
- Strong knowledge of SQL database and T-SQL scripts.
- Ability to build amp; maintain customer and team relationships.
- Experience with enterprise software applications or with reporting tools that require strong database programming support is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role
