About the Role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Support Analyst to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will report directly to the Applications Solutions and Support Manager and work with an experienced and passionate team of IT professional.


Main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Understand business processes and how the applications supports the business processes and applies this knowledge to best solve problems.
  • Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between different applications and designs and troubleshoots in the area with this knowledge.
  • Assist in user requirements gathering, develop functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete development and testing.
  • Understand business needs and processes, and anticipate, drive, and facilitate the design of processes to ensure that a timely and effective solution is provided.
  • Support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training.
  • Maintain professional relationship with our applications support vendors to deliver quality solutions and hold them accountable to deliver it.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in providing systems support and direct contact with users and external support vendors to solve issues with business applications.
  • Minimum 4 years SAP FICO Support experience.
  • Excellent communications skills -- both written and verbal, and the ability to present difficult concepts into understandable terms to all levels of the organization.
  • Able to operate independently within guidelines to manage own work and the work of a small group.
  • Can do attitude and hunger to learn.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Multi tasking and super quick learner.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to conceptualise and think creatively.
  • AS400, CRM, SQL, SAP ABAP and Query writing experience is desirable
