Requirements
The role
The Bid Manager plays a key role in managing Transmax's overall bid pipeline where you will develop competitive and commercially viable proposals across the business for new and existing customers. You will take a hands-on role in leading highly complex technical responses and preparing detailed cost estimates to support those responses.
Transmax operates in a unique environment, where many opportunities arise via direct negotiation rather than through typical RFQ/RFP processes.
You
We are looking for someone who has strong commercial acumen coupled with 3-5 years experience in a bid, sales or customer service environment. You will have technical bid management experience, preferably in Engineering and/or ICT fields. You need to be driven, highly adaptable and possess the qualities of a leader.
