The Position:
Chill (VIC) are seeking professional Driver and Warehouse all-rounder with a standard driver's license for our growing refrigerated storage and courier business. (Melbourne metro, regional amp; occasional long haul).

- Are you a People Person? Customer service is Key to Chill.
- Physically fit - able to lift 5 - 20kg comfortably and load and unload trucks.
- Hard to ruffle your feathers - able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Keen troubleshooter and a great eye for detail
- Enjoy a friendly team environment.
Requirements
Pre-Qualify
- Must have min 2+ Years professional last-mile driving experience
- Must have min 2+ Years warehouse experience
- Forklift license essential (experience in counterbalance and reach Forklifts)
- Supply a copy of a National Police check amp; able to pass an alcohol or drug test (for more information read our policy here)
- Supply a Health/Medical - Fit to perform check by a medical professional (for more information read our policy here)
- Tech savvy and familiar with mobile applications
- HR/MR a good to have, not essential
- No driving disqualifications within the last 5 years
About the Job
- Casual - $28.50 - $30.50 p/h (qualification / experience dependent).
- 8-10hr days.
- 2-4 days per week - will vary
- Picking, packing
- Complete a number of allocated drops and deliveries
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Knowledge of Melbourne metro city amp; precincts
- You work ethic: getting the job done. And doing it well.
- Be able to drive late model Mercedes.
- Be available for 5:00-6:00am starts.
- Be flexible - shifts and weeks may vary.
- Be willing and able to comply with Chill processes and guidelines.
- Working in cold environments (good to have, not essential)
