Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Subaru, Kia, Isuzu Ute, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi and Jeep.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative, committed and passionate Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dedicated marketing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the business in achieving ambitious sales targets. Whilst the role will be in Brisbane, you will report into our Marketing Manager located in Sydney. This role will also partner closely with our Sales and Aftersales Teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute Marketing Plans that drive enquiry through events, drive experiences and digital engagement, supported by some traditional marketing such as print
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with OEMs, affiliate partners and internal stakeholders
  • Build a strong brand and Keystar presence within the local PMA
  • World class personalised customer engagement in all channels
  • Measuring ROI and provide insights that can improve marketing effectiveness
  • Developing internal and external reports
  • Strong budget control and ensuring effective spend
  • Exceptional enquiry and lead management
  • Administrative and ad hoc tasks

We are looking for the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • A self-starter who is capable of working remotely from the central team
  • Tertiary level qualification in marketing or media and communications desirable
  • Generalist marketing knowledge
  • Experience in reporting of ROI and marketing effectiveness
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of marketing automation
  • Strong verbal and written communication, project execution and time management skills are essential
  • Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
  • Motivated and driven nature
  • Full driver’s license required
